The Job

Callaway took heavy damage from Hurricane Michael in 2018. This home’s roof had been replaced, but the attic insulation was still a mix of wet, displaced, and undersized material. The owner wanted a proper attic top-off to bring the insulation back to modern standards and start knocking down a power bill that had been climbing year over year since the storm.

Solution

We blew in excess of R-38 fiberglass to cover the ceiling and reach proper attic coverage. Depth markers installed, all corners and drops verified, and the attic access sealed and insulated. One-day job, clean handoff.
